The entire company is certified according to the quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. In addition, there is a regular monitoring of production according to the ESD protection concept DIN EN 61340. Disturbing the production process by electrostatic charging is therefore excluded.
Our highest priority is a consistent quality and the safety of our products and goods. Therefor for all development and manufacturing processes the type and serial tests are an important part of the production flow. Our customers profit especially from our full service from development to manufacturing up to the testing of all products.
The manual optical inspection (MOI) is a solution for the inspection of prototypes and small series, for which the automatic optical inspection is too expensive. Error images can be detected and documented very well. The MOI solution is especially suited for the inspection of prototypes and pilot series or when introducing or changing existing process parameters.
The high voltage test is used to ensure the isolation resistance of electronic components in the low voltage range (Class I and II). It proofs if the isolation of the current carrying conductor and the safety distance from the housing are in order.
In contrast to a voltage Isolation resistance test, the high voltage test checks the required isolation distances. In general, a high voltage test is performed from the shorted power circuit (phase and neutral) to the protective conductor. The test time and the test voltage are defined differently depending on the standard and class of protection and can move between 1000V 6000V AC to DC. During the test, no flashover or breakdown shall occur.
The flying probe testing (FPT) is an electrical test method for PCBs where checkpoints are probed sequentially. They are considered as the drug of choice in the absence of test pads or hard to be contacted assemblies. The majority of errors can be detected by this method. For example pressing errors, electrical defective components, assembly errors, solder defects, and short circuits.
Our flying probe tester is used in the testing of prototypes and pre-and small series and for failure analysis.
